A completed application and payment must be submitted to NATA. New memberships are provisional until the applying organization is confirmed by NATA.

Once approved for membership, the undersigned certifies that he/she agrees to abide by the NATA Bylaws.

Member organizations agree to pay annual dues and to participate in potential capital investment calls upon approval of the board.
